This hose is great for moving water tot the mash tun from the HLT. Heavy duty and lasts. Only down side is the flexibility issues but that's not a big issue given its uses.

The hose is perfect for adding water to the hot liquor tank to heat up and then transferring it to the mash tun. I use silicone for moving boiling wort from the kettle since this hose isn't rated for that high a temperature.

Its good for moving hot liquid like water from my HLT to my mash tun. I also use this with a pump and it handles the strain well.
