Works great to attach liquid hose to shanks in a kegging setup. Make sure to use a washer with the washer. Stainless is great compared to brass.

I switched all of my beer lines to stainless and really enjoy the stainless over the standard. I keep a few extra washers around but have never needed to use a new washer.

Make sure to take apart and clean well- some small pieces/shavings in between pieces. Check threading as well as final seal before going into full usage.
