The 3 gallon capacity yields fifteen 750 ml bottles of wine and is ideal for Selection Speciale kits and for making good use of the unpredictable volumes of juice created from whole fruits. The square shape makes efficient use of space in a refrigerator. The racking adapter and High Flow Valve makes transferring your wine very easy (not included). Requires spigot installation tool for removing and reinstalling spigot for proper cleaning. Uses a #10 stopper.

I picked up a few of these awhile back and love using them. Now more so than ever that I'm using a chest freezer and need to lift the my fermentation vessels in and out of the freezer. They are significantly lighter than glass, won't break and seems to me to be a step up from regular old buckets. I use these three gallons for small test batches but am thinking of getting a few bigger ones for normal five gallon brews. The only down side I can think of is that they can be scratched so they are not as good as glass in that regard and they are more expensive than buckets.
