The ultimate in brew pots, the BoilerMaker™ kettles are specifically designed for brew, whereas other kettles are adapted for brewing purposes. The mash tun includes a specially designed false bottom. Both the 30 gallon BoilerMaker™ mash tun and hot liquor tank include a 3-piece stainless ball valve, an adjustable-face BrewMometer™, and an integrated site gauge to monitor temperatures and liquid levels. Stainless Steel Sparge Arm (#Q1055) and high temperature braided hosing. You will still want to have another kettle to boil your wort. Consider adding another BoilerMaker™ to the mix! It is recommended to go with a larger BoilerMaker™ than the hot liquor tank and mash tun system you choose. The larger kettle will give you plenty of space to hold the pre-boil volume as well as cut down on the risk of boil-overs.
