Americart. Americart is one of the most reputable and secure online shopping programs in
the world. -Once your order is placed, youll receive an
automated confirmation from Americart. After your order is processed by a Midwest
employee, youll receive another confirmation from Midwest. (During business hours)
This confirmation will include a shipping date.
-During most of the year, over 90% of all
orders go out within 24 hours. (Excluding Friday afternoon
through Sunday morning). During peak winemaking season
(Sept.-Oct.) and during the holiday rush
(Thanksgiving-Christmas) orders can take 2-3 days to be shipped.
Be sure to let us know if you are in a rush to get your order
and we'll do what we can to get it shipped that day.

shipping. See www.fedex.com for shipping times. Please
indicate if you would like Midwest to e-mail your FedEx tracking number.
-Gift orders will include a card with the message you provide. There
is a section on our order form for gift comments. Midwest will send your credit card
receipt and order form to your home address via US mail.
-If you dont feel comfortable giving your credit card number
over the internet then use the credit card or money order forms for fax or mail. Then you
can simply mail or fax your order in. Either way, your order will be shipped the same day
we receive payment.

Policy
If you are not happy with a product you purchase at Midwest,
return it to Midwest within 30 days and we'll give a refund or a
store credit. Please call and get a (RA) return authorization
number before sending any product back to Midwest.
