Availability: In stock

The Stainless Steel Manual Crusher/De-stemmer weighs 80lbs and has a hopper that is 20" x 38.5" with a paddle style auger. A manual hand crank drives double aluminum rollers that turn grapes in to pulp before pressing. Fruit and grape pulp come out the bottom of the unit while the stems come out the side. You can set the crusher directly on a fermenter bucket or use the Crusher Stand, sold separately. Requires some assembly.


Note: We have received our yearly order from Italy for this product. Please order during the summer months to guarantee availability. Some Italian products may be in short supply when grape harvest starts in September.

This is a pre-order. The shipping will be charged when the product is shipped in early July.

We bought The Enoitalia Adjustable Stainless Steel Manual Crusher/De-Stemmer
from Midwest this summer(2010) and used it this fall on some Wild Grapes. We adjusted the crusher to accommodate the Wild Grapes, which are smaller then the tame grapes. We were amazed at how well it processed the grapes. A few stems did fall through but that is expected. Would recommend buying the chute to direct the fruit into a bucket. You can easily process 5 gallons of grapes in a minute. GREAT MACHINE…

Easy to disassemble and clean and reassemble. Easy to use. Works great. If you use your own grapes to make wine you need one of these.

I also bought the stand. It saved me a huge amount of time over the course of the year. Its easy to assemble and disassemble for cleaning and maintenance. You can handle a batch of grapes in a minute or two. You need this if you grown your own grapes.
