Alexander's (USA) Pale Malt Extract- 4 lb.

i am not going to tell you how i use it but i will tell you that is does exactly what it is meant to do with a clean crisp ale finish very smooth with lots of room to play with the flavor to your taste the product consistency is very high as i have used around 8 cans of this product before and has made me very hesitant to use a different extract and am wanting to branch in the all grain brewing as to how that is the only way to gain grater consistancy with the brew but i have a long way to go to get there till next reveiw cheers all and happy brewing and a shout out to the crew at "MIDWEST BREWING SUPPLIES" thanks guys and gails

I was writing review on octoberfest but when I clicked on it, it woud not open so I am using this field instead. Your Octoberfest fest kit is great and have gien other friends this same info. During the last fermantation I use 1oz. of cacade leaf hop to dry hop for 13 weeks. This really smoothes out the beer and adds flavor. I hope you like it, my friends and I do for sure.
