This is a very well balanced pale ale that shows off Amarillo quite nicely. When brewed per instructions the hops are very much there but yet subtle .. a truely nice achievement!

I made this last summer and added apricot extract to make a nice clone of a certain "Magic" ale that has grown in popularity recently.

This excellent recipe has earned a place in the rotation.
Amarillo contributes rich hop flavor and aroma. Sharp citrus notes without tasting like malted grapefruit juice.
Clean bittering from Columbus (subbed for Chinook) despite its high co-humulone content.

I wasn't sure at first, because I got into it a little early. But having worked into it a bit, I look forward to getting home from work and pouring myself an especially tasty brew! Give it a try!

This brew is comparable to an IPA and was absolutely delicious. I got lots of compliments and of the 3 beers I had on tap, it was by far the first to go. Giver 'er a try! I'll surely be doing it again.

This brew is super tasty and a great way to appreciate the flavor of Amarillo hops. This is a highly quaffable beer with a nice body and color. My suggestion is to dry hop this with an ounce or two of simcoe for a really nice aroma.

This is my favorite pale ale kit from Midwest. Just the right amount of hops for bittering, and the flavor and aroma are outstanding. This always goes over well with my non-craft beer drinking friends as well.

The amarillo hops are what makes this pale ale excellent. Great fresh ingredients allow for a beer that is tasty and quite frankly disappears out of your fridge way too quick. Great kit Midwest!

The Amarillo hops make this a nice pale ale. A Very drinkable, well balanced pale ale that shows off the Amarillo hops nicely. The hops are noticeable without being overwhelming
