I use this to make a light amber beer. 3lbs of light(DME), 3lbs amber extract and hop to your liking. Makes a good everyday beer that will keep you making beer regularly. That's because your friends and family will drink it up too fast!

It fermented well and reached the right final gravity. Taste is pretty good and without that "homebrew" twang some extracts have.
