Makes for a very crisp brew, almost no esters. Use it for my BMC type of beers and usually a bid hit.

This American Lager Wyeast definitely speeded up the fermentation overall and had a pleasant affect on the overall flavor too-slightly different than with dry yeast.

It took a few days to get started and the fermentation time took a while but in the end it made a crisp beer. No popcorn flavor or fruity tastes either. tastes better than the lager dry yest I used before.
