We got this kit a little late due to leakage of box, but Midwest Supplies replaced this order! We are out on vacation and will return and make it, will then give a review. Thanks Midwest Supplies for the wine!

I opened the kit and there were all the ingredients, everything but the instructions. So I hope this works out like the other reds I have made. Slow to start fermentation even after a shot of O2. does have a high sugar content so we will see in about a month.

When I serve this Malbec, no one can believed that it was made right here in our kitchen!

Great color , a balanced mouthfeel with flavors of raspberry, ripe cherry, and chocolate with a touch of sweetness before bottling. I will leave it for about 6 months and open a bottle. I am sure this wine will be outstanding.
