This beer comes with premium malted sorghum extract as opposed to sorghum syrup, which gives this beer a fuller malt flavor and aroma. Combined three charges of German Tettnang hops and a clean fermenting gluten-free German lager strain, this recipe will produce an highly-drinkable American Lager that's enjoyable all-year-round. All of the ingredients in the kit are gluten-free and should not be exposed to / cross-contaminated with any other brewing ingredients that contain gluten from barley, wheat and other gluten-containing grains.
The equipment you use must be properly cleaned to ensure no contamination from other batches. The cleaning and sanitation instructions in the kit, if followed, will produce a gluten-free beer.
