I received this from MKidwest a month or so ago and seems built very well I would say it is worth the money...very easy to crank out some grain.

I don't own one, but two of my brew pals have them, and it is super easy to grind out 10+ lbs of grain with the 3/8 drill. It's probably a good price for a mill of this quality, but I gave it four stars because its a bit out of my budget.

Well worth the investment if you brew a lot. I typically brew about 300-350 gals per year so this thing has gotten a workout.

I filled it completely to the top, and at first, I could not get it to grind the grain. Why? I have no idea. After a bit of adjusting, the grain started grinding, and it worked really well. This is a great buy if you also want a workout as it takes a bit of handle turning to grind 15 lbs. of grain. Another good thing was hardly any assembly.

I used this crusher at the local brew supply store near my house. It's so phenomenal that I had to get one! They had it set up with an automatic gear mechanic to use with a light switch, but the hand crank works just fine! I love buying whole grains and crushing them right before the mash!

It takes some strength and time to grind 15 pounds of grain, but thats ok. It does a good job of milling, and the hopper is big enough to hold the entire grain bill.

My friend has this model (I have the 7lb model.) Works identifical as the 7lb model just a little more capacity. I find it convientent to use his 15lb version but it does take up more space and the 7lb just requires you to refill it as you go. Both are great products.

I can easily crush my grain, and I get a good crush. The crank works well, so I don't need a drill to power it.

This is my first grain mill and I went with the 15lb hopper right off the bat since I plan on brewing big beers and the occasional 10 gallon batch. Unit seems solid for the knurled rollers but the hopper seemed thinner than I expected. Its stainless so it should hold up for years. Rather than veggie oil as suggested for bushing lube, I went with a Food grade silicone lube product called Dry Glide. Its clean and very slippery. It claims to be up to 5x more dry friction over average sprays. It'd be great if MW could stock this stuff too. I get it through work now since its cheaper by the case.
