Not too dry, good aroma and taste, give it a couple of years to mature, then it's outstanding. Family and friends like it very much, so I will soon make another batch.

I made this Barolo and struggled to refrain from drinking it for 1 year. My patience paid off with a full bodied wine with real character (are those blueberries I smell?). Tastes like a quality commercial wine without the sulfite zing. Now my last bottle is 18 months old and I am starting another batch of Barolo. Why did I wait so long?
