Product Rating:

Tasty red that's well suited for dinner. Good flavor, not too sweet, good structure.
Age it a year to get the best flavor.

I made this kit with my wife, and we really enjoyed making it together. The wine came out well, being a medium bodied, medium dry flavorful wine. We serve it at dinner where it's popular.

Product Rating:

The wine is medium dry and has a nice taste and aroma. To keep from drinking it I aged it in a carboy for 2 years, then bottled it. Its been popular and Won't last much longer.

Premium wine...in a kit! Excellent flavor. Just be sure to let it age for 9 months, that seemed to be the trick for us.

Product Rating:

Have made Barolo twice and both times were quite good. Full bodied, great flavor. Not sure how well it ages as we drank it all within 12 months. My wife is not a wine afficionado, but she asks me often if I can make Barolo again.

Overall we like this quite a lot. It's not all that hard a kit to make, and it's worth the money. Age it a couple of years and you have a nice tasting wine with a pleasant aroma.
