This Bock recipe is for those who appreciate a rich malty beer. Ingredients: 12 lbs. Domestic 2-Row barley, 6 lbs. Munich, 1 lb. Caramel 80°L, 8 oz. Chocolate malt, 4 oz. of hops, priming sugar, and yeast. Yeast upgrade options: Wyeast Bavarian Lager # 2206 or White Labs German Lager # 830.
**Note: Due to the quantity of fermentable sugar, it is strongly recommended to leave in secondary fermenter for 9-12 months to allow flavors to properly blend.
