There are 4 things that you need to make beer at home
- Beginner's Brewing Kit (included)
- Recipe kit (included). Choose between Irish Red Ale, Amber Ale and Irish Stout.
- Brewing kettle (Not Included). Most folks have something in their kitchen that will hold 2.5 to 4 gallons of water. Midwest offers a great selection of brewing kettles.
- 54 (QTY) 12 oz beer bottles - (Not Included) Most brewers will collect bottles to bottle their homebrew. Any non-twist-off bottle will work.
This equipment kit has everything you need to start brewing beer at home except for bottles and a brewing kettle. Our starter kit includes all of the essential equipment needed to start homebrewing and is an economical way to get started. If you are worried that brewing beer at home is complicated and difficult, don’t be.
When you get your equipment and ingredients, just load up the DVD and press play. Just follow along as we boil it, bucket it, and bottle it. After 2 hours you’ll be surprised how easy brewing is.
