I've had good results with this strain in the past. Works well but does start a little slow. Make a yeast starter when using.

I've only used this once but from my experience...amazing. Provided a very good banana/almost bread flavor to the beer that was very similar to store bought tripels. I Personally did not do a starter for this yeast and fermented it between 68-70 degrees and it was done within two weeks. I honestly do not know how long it took to ferment because I brewed it and only checked the FG after two weeks so it very well could have been done sooner. This is a good yeast that produces a product very similar to store bought beers...except better.
