Great in a Belgian Tripel. It produced a nice fruity and spicey aroma. Even though I used Yeast Nutrient, it took a while to start, but then exploded (forgot the blowoff tube!!) and fully attenuated. Next time I will make a starter instead of relying on the smack pack alone.

This smack-pack took 24 hours to show any expanding. I was worried that I had a dud, but looking at reviews online showed that this pack takes a while to get going. Once adding it to the Belgian Trilpel; and BAM! The airlock was bubbling like crazy. Advice: Ensure you activate the smack pack 1-2 days before brewing. Good Luck!

I am never going back to dry yeast
this stuff worked great and there was a great teast add to my beer with it you would be a fold if you did not buy it
