Blichmann- 1/2" NPT Stainless Steel Ball Valve

Very heavy duty valve, easily taken apart, and put back together for sure cleaning and has a nice safety lock latch on top of handle.

I am a bit OCD when it comes to cleaning my brewing equipment. I love the fact that I can take this valve apart to make sure its clean.

Everyone knows cleaning is one of the most important steps in brewing. This valve not only works great and can very accurately determine your flow rate from your pump, but, it comes apart, dunks in a bucket of StarSan, and goes back together in minutes. Excellant product !

I use this valve on my kettle outlet port, so it see's heavy duty hi temp use every brew session. It continues to work flawlessly and still looks like new after 3 years. Comes apart for cleaning super easily. I recommend making alignment marks on the 3 pieces of the valve body to assist in reassembling. This ensures that you'll get the handle clocked properly when threading it back onto on your kettle.

As expected with a Blichmann product, its a high quality valve that works great and is easy to clean. Using this on my brew kettle.

Like many Blichmann products, this ball valve is of high quality. Its solidly built and has a lock on the handle so that it can be secured and not accidentally opened or closed. It can easily be disassembled for cleaning.
