Everything arrived on time. Everything worked as expected. My LHBS couldn't touch your prices. Now I only bottle brews that I plan to save for years or give as gifts. I also purchased 3 additional kegs that arrived in better condition than I expected. All kegs hold pressure without issue. No Complaints!

Great set for getting started!

I finally got a chance to pull my first pint off my new kegerator after setting this kit up, and it works great! I had purchased a tap tower elsewhere, and just popped the picnic taps off the lines and connected them to my new tower. The kegs are as described, and hold pressure just fine. They are scratched up a bit (as noted in the description), but in far better cosmetic shape than I was expecting. The inside is perfectly clean, and its obvious Midwest takes the time to make sure these are cleaned out and work. I was even pleasantly surprised to see that the lids had pressure relief pull valves usually only found on ball lock kegs. I'm not sure if Midwest stocks all kegs with these, or if I was just lucky, but it was a nice little bonus nonetheless! I recommend this to anyone that wants to get a start in kegging. The quality is great, and the price is right! Thanks Midwest!!!

Great Decision

Just got the system in the mail and it arrived in only 4 days. Kegs are very clean and all seals/o-rings look new. Valve/regulator and lines all look new and all connections are sealed with what looks like teflon tape. I have a smaller full size fridge in the garage and the dual system fits perfect after removing a few shelves. If I take all the shelves out it looks like I can have my carboy lagering at 32 degrees and still fit at leas one of the kegs and the gas canister. Extremely mad at myself for not buying this sooner. I will update or post a new review once I have my first batch kegged and tapped. I had to release pressure to get the keg lids off so not expecting any leaks. The local fire extinguisher shop near me already filled my CO2 tank for free.

Good value over all but.....
cons: 1.consider that the kegs supplied are the shorter, thicker dia. pin lock type and getting them two to fit into a mini fridge is not easy. in my opinion the ball lock one are easier to accomodate in a mini fridge. 2. Also the regulators are not the best quailty. I have not had any problems with them yet though, and ive been using the system for a while now.
pro's:1. you get to control the pressure to each tank with dual regulators (good thing to have)and i one reg breaks you can separate them and still have one to run the kegs temporarily.
2. you can't beat the price for 2 keg dual reg. set-up!!!!

Very nice kit, no reason to spend the extra cash on ball lock when pin lock does the exact same thing unless you are counting every last inch in the fridge. Both kegs arrived in better looking condition than I expected with pressure and was happy to see relief pulls in the lid. All the rings look good however wouldnt be a bad idea to get an extra set for that random day something goes wrong. Better price than any other place i found and quick shipping. Couldnt be happier.

Includes everything needed to switch from bottling to kegging. Even my brew buddies that have long been kegging were impressed with this system. Great value for the price.

I looked around quite a bit and couldn't find a better price on a dual keg system. The kit has everything you need except accessories like extra o-rings or keg lube. Shipping was fast (ordered Sunday night, at mine Wednesday). One big thing to note- these are pin lock kegs, not ball lock, which means they are wider and shorter. My two kegs are exactly 18" wide side-by-side which makes them difficult to fit in some mini-fridges. Their full height is 24" after the fittings are in place. The kegs themselves are great, though. They actually arrived slightly pressurized (a nice guarantee that they were pressure checked) and were obviously cleaned out. Also, both of my kegs came with pressure relief valves. I know that not all pin locks have that so I was happy with the addition.

Okay gang, you can get the single keg system for $169. You can get another keg, and all the extension hardware needed for the 2nd keg on your CO tank for just $60 more. Get this kit with the 2nd Keg! Don't know what you would do with a 2nd Keg? You'll find things to do with it real soon. I made a 2nd beer when I started getting low on the first. Then started making soda from the kits they sell on here (which by the way are awesome). I will say one of the posts leaked a tiny bit. I just wrapped some teflon tape around it and let it go. I didn't contact customer service but I'm sure if I did they would have made it right. I just didn't wanna wait for my next batch of brew! :-) Oh, by the way, I never used a Keg before in my life. They came with easy and clear instructions. Make the leap to kegging with this kit.

I purchase this pin lock keg system about 8 months ago and have been very happy with it. The kegs aren't as shinny as new ones but as they are always out of sight who cares. They hold pressure perfectly and the dual regulator is a must have. I feel saving the money with the pin lock set up was worth it.

The kegs are scratched up and had stickers on them. But it's a keg hiding away. The stickers are easy to remove. First few attempts at kegging I had a co2 leak (user error.) I did have an issue with the regulator but Midwest sent a replacement quickly.
Really lube up the o-rings and you're good to go! Only problem is I keep brewing too much and not emptying the kegs!
