Perfect for small batches Review by Millburn

Product Rating:

making some small 1 gallon batches I don't bother with a bottling bucket. I directly fill the bottles and use these drops and get a well carbonated beer a few weeks later.

I keg and sometimes bottle a few to hold on the side. i add the tablets, cap them and put them away. Quite expedient.

They take a long time to carbonate Review by Huber

Product Rating:

My beers took 6 weeks with these drops to fully carbonate. I'm speculating that the drops don't dissolve that fast and stay together in a mass, so the yeast have to very slowly eat their way through. A funnel and a measuring sppon works better as far as I'm concerned.

If you have no bottling bucket Review by Dan

Product Rating:

I used these when I first started out and they worked ok. I'd make a point of tilting the bottles very day, to move the sludge around and eventually it dissolved as the yeast ate it. A bottling bucket is better though.

very good if you don't use a bottling bucket Review by McDermot

Product Rating:

These are perfect for the Coopers kits or if you make a small size beer, like 1 gallon, and don't use a bottling bucket. They carbonate well, and I give them a few weeks to let them fully work.

Great for kegging Review by slcdawg

Product Rating:

I keg all my beer and have found these conditioning tablets are great if I want to bottle a couple of bottles. I'll transfer most of the beer to the keg and enough to a bottling bucket for a few bottles. I can use these tablets to carb a few bottles and not worry about making a sugar solution. Very convenient.

Easy to use Review by Nadim

Product Rating:

IF you don't use a bottling bucket then these are much better than measuring fractions of a teaspoon of sugar. These drops are more consistent and are sanitized, unlike loose table sugar. Make sure you keep the bottles in a warm area for a few weeks to fully carbonate.

Easier than measuring fractional teaspoons of sugar Review by Andy

Product Rating:

Very convenient, but more expensive than sugar. If you don't use a bottling bucket, these are the way to go. The alternative is a funnel and measuring teaspoons and uneven carbonation in your bottles.

Convenient. Review by Nat

Product Rating:

These are great to have around for experimentation with small batches and unusual containers. While I'd rather use standard priming sugar for a large batch, this is a convenient option when I'm just doing a gallon or less.

Good for few bottles Review by Martin

If you are kegging these are good if you need to fill a few bottles after filling the 5 gallon keg and having some beer left over.
