This LME is great for making yeast starters. It's good to keep a few pounds of it on hand at all times to ensure you can always make a quick starter.

I use DME for making yeast starters and would recommend you always have a few pounds on hand to ensure you can make one when needed.

Great to have on hand for yeast starters. Also, use it to adjust the OG of a brew when it mashes with a lower than expected efficiency.

Excellent for creating a yeast starter or even stimulating a near-stalled fermentation without damaging your desired taste or aroma. I like to keep a few pounds on hand.

While I also use this to create yeast starters, I've used it in several partial mash brews in the place of two-row. It makes a wort of about 4 srm, and can save some time over all-grain.

I use this for making my yeast starters. It doesn't add any overbearing flavors to the beer when I pitch the yeast. Great value. A must have if you make yeast starters.
