I use this in all my Stouts to give them that wonderfull Dark Chocolate/unsweeten chocolate flavor. Pair it with Simpsons Roasted Barley and you cant go wrong!

I use this in Brown Ales and once in a Coffee Stout. It's not bitter like some of the other darker grains, and imparts a warm and fruity taste.
A nice grain that you should experiment with. I really like it.

Very nice chocolate aroma and flavor. This malt is probably the best quality you can buy online. I use 8 ounces in a Porter or Stout or Brown Ale. Its strong so If you use more the flavor can become too strong.

I used this in an English mild. Opening the bag released a wonderful, chocolate/coffee/dark goodness aroma. The finished beer at bottling time had a great depth of flavor and darkness despite its low alcohol content. I will definitely be trying this malt in many different brews in the future.

I cold steeped these guys overnight and added it to an outmeal stout recipe. It turned out great! Really rich, deep roasted chocolate and coffee flavors. In my opinion, just the right amount of bitterness.
I'll be using these again for sure.
