Cabernet Franc Ice Wine (Selection Speciale)

This is a superb sweet wine with a raspberry taste. I would highly recommend it to anyone who likes sweet wines.

5 Star all the way...As good or better than store wine that sells for $30 and up for a 375 ml bottle. I will buy this kit again!

Be warned: this wine is very very sweet. If I could go back and do it again I would only add about half of the F pack, because I think it was just a sugar syrup. But hey I'm a dry wine person. My husband loves this one and says it's the best I have made. If you want a dessert wine that's not so sugary you feel like you're drinking candy, try the Port kit by the same people.

This is a really good sweet wine. I wish I had bottled them in the full sized 750ml bottles instead of the 375ml dessert bottles. If you like sweet wines, this is definitely worth the money!

This turned out to be my favorite wine kit, mainly because this is the sweetest tasting wine that I've come across. I will definitely make this kit, again.

I was a little nervous about the results because I usually prefer white wines, but I was immediately thrilled with the sweet and fruity flavors.

This was my first kit and it turned out great! I have had good responses from everybody who has tried it. It gets better with age too...wishing we didn't drink it so quick.

I like the taste, I just with it was less sweet. Nice color and aroma.

This makes an excellent dessert wine, with the heavy sweetness nicely balanced by tart rasberry flavor. It was good at 6 months, amazing at a year.

The wine has a nice raspberry taste, and is great chilled in summer.
If you like sweet wines, this is definitely worth making.
