Great all-purpose hop Review by Alfred

(Posted on 3/13/14)

Product Rating:

Cascade hops are great. I've used these as bittering, flavor, aroma, or dry hop additions in 3 of my last 4 brews. If you brew frequently, this is good hop to have on hand in your freezer. They're especially great in pale ales and IPAs.

Citrusy aroma Review by Sample

(Posted on 2/28/14)

Product Rating:

I love the citrusy aroma and use it a lot in IPAs.
I vary the way I use them, either at 15 minutes for flavor, 5 for aroma, or as a dry hop for a few days.

Archetypal West Coast Hop Review by Nick

(Posted on 2/4/14)

Product Rating:

Cascade is well known for its distinctive grapefruit character, and this really pops in the beer. My single-hop Cascade pale ale has become my go-to beer, although I could see this working in a number of styles. Great for flavor, aroma, and dry hopping, although leaf hops work better for the dry hop

Great hops. Review by EEP

(Posted on 2/4/14)

Product Rating:

This is a great hops for your West Coast IPA. Gives a nice, yet not too strong citrus flavor. The mild/medium AA doesn't make it the best bittering hops but you can pair it with hops like amarillo to give a nice IPA.

It has a good citrusy flavor and aroma and is especially well suited for IPAs and Pale Ales. Good for bittering, as a flavor addition , for dry hopping, and as a whirlpool hop.

The workhorse of all my hoppy beers Review by Josh

(Posted on 1/15/14)

Product Rating:

This hop, more than any other, is the most useful in my brewery. I get a pound at a time and it seems like I go through it in less than a month. Good to add to almost any beer with a nice, balanced citrusy flavor and aroma that proves it's one of the most versatile US hops available. I have it growing in my backyard and can't recommend it enough.
