Brewed the basic recipe using the Munton's dry yeast option. Light , crisp, and lager-like, comparing very favorably with Sam Adams Noble Pils. Great session beer and eminently thirst-quenching. One of the most popular of my home-brew styles with my beer-loving friends that prefer lighter beers. Will definitely do this one again.

This is easily the best light beer i have brewed and by far the most popular. I used the dry yeast. I am already making a second batch. I don't think I can describe it better than mike. Light crisp and refreshing, It has a very good body. This was my first partial mash and I think this is the way I am going.

This was easier than I expected, and how to get into all grain brewing. Tastes like Coors, but with better ingredients.

My wife is a Bud lime drinker. Add a lime to this and she does not know the difference! I have made 10 of the lighter kits from MW and this is as close to comercial beer as I have had, so if that is what you are after, this kit is for you.
