15 Gallon BoilerMaker All Grain Equipment Kit

I purchased the hot liquor tank and mash tun kit to make my all-grain brewing easier. The mash tun worked great. The spigot makes it easy to run off the malt, and the brewmometer makes it easy for single, double, triple or whatever type of temperature stepped infusion you desire. The HLT has the same features. All-grain brewing has never been easier. The only drawback is that the brewmometers are at the 6.5 gallon level, so you cannot do 5 gallon batches unless you move the brewmometer. Blichmann does sell a plug for the pre-drilled hole, so you can drill your own hole at a lower level if you desire. Personally, I wanted the ability to do larger batches if I so desired.

Just brewed my first all-grain recipe with these kettles. Fantastically easier than my previous kettles. I am already glad that I upgraded. The false bottom is much better; amazing design.

Boilermaker is a nice product, little spendy, but nice

I use this on my Top Tier and it's awesome. I make 10 gallon batches and it can handle them. All the components are first rate, from the false bottom to the dip tube to the ball valve, I'd buy it again if starting out fresh.
