Wonderful Hop Review by Zane

Product Rating:

Great for APA's, but it shouldn't be called "Super Cascade", since it doesn't resemble Cascade in taste or aroma. Worth trying to see which you like better, though.

Citrus Review by Adam

Product Rating:

Great hop to add a burst of citrus and grapefruit aromas. Use in America IPA's. Midwest beats all their competition in price and keeping these hops in stock.

Centennial Type Review by Jason

Product Rating:

Despite the description and being fall when hops are released these are actually "Centennial Type" not actual Centennial

Product Rating:

good for making the citrus come out. I have to disagree i think it combines very well with cascade for that fruity flavor.

Product Rating:

I love everything about centennial hops. At this point the are kind of boring but it's hard to avoid what works so well. One of my favorite beers is Bell's Two Hearted Ale which is just blasted with Centennial. Pairs well with a variety of hops for any kind of hoppy America style beer!

Great Hop Review by Wesley Clark

Product Rating:

I've used Centennial Hops for my last few IPA recipes. They worked great for a Bell's Two Hearted Clone I brewed several months back. I received 11.6% Alpha Acid hops (well above the 9.1% average advertised) in a vacuum sealed package. I was very pleased with this product.

Might be the most versatile hop... Review by sgt2531

Product Rating:

I really enjoy this hop all around. I use it mostly for bittering. However, when not bittering with Centennial, I use it for flavor and aroma. Highly recommend and it is always in stock at Midwest.
