My IPA using only the Chinook hops is definitely one that I will brew again. Terrific floral and citrus aroma, without being overwhelming. And the bitterness was just right.

Lets just say Chinook has become my favorite hop! I ordered two ounces of Chinook Leaf hops to dry hop an IPA I brewed, and used all two ounces. I was extremely happy with the aroma. Great quality and therefore awesome value. I was also surprised that I didn't lose much brew when I siphoned from the secondary to the bottling bucket. Very happy with these! Will be purchasing again in the future!
