Great Single Hop for a NEIPA

I put 6 ounces in for whirlpool and another 2 ounces for dry hopping post-fermentation for a single hop NEIPA and it turned out great with this variety! It might be sacrilegious but I loved this hop all by itself!

Poor and good.

A few packs of the hop pellets had been sliced along the bottom so the hops got dumped in the shipping box with other goods. That wasn't so bad because I love the aroma. I just had to call in to get new packs shipped. Pain in the butt, but Midwest shipped new ones quickly.
