This Dunkel weizen has a dark copper colored body. A great change of pace for wheat beer fans. This recipe is a maltier, darker variation of Hefeweizen.
Ingredients: 7 lbs. Domestic 2-Row barley, 5 lbs. Wheat malt, 1 lb. Dark Wheat malt, 8 oz. Carapils, 8 oz. Caramel 40L, 2 oz. Roasted Barley, 2 oz. of hops, priming sugar, and yeast.
