Speeds up your bottle cleaning times!

The water jets from this bottle washer work great on wine bottles and carboys. The blast gets those stubborn residues out of the bottom of your containers. Plus the carboy adapter allows you to connect your small hoses and give them a good flushing.
This bottle washer requires a faucet adapter, and the link in the website points to a broken link. However, the faucet adapter (prod # 6501) fits it just fine.
Be careful that the faucet connection's quick release is positioned correctly, or the hose will pop off possibly scalding you with water.

this thing broke after 1 hour of use. does not withstand hot water very well. Could probably fix it with epoxy. Go for the brass jet bottle wash (bought that one too) and it's much better, the water jet is much stronger.

This is one of the most useful things I've bought. Cleans out carboys and tubing very well, and the fact that you can double the rate at which you can clean bottles is great. However, the BEST thing about this is that it doesn't torque your faucet like other bottle washers - if your wife/girlfriend already dislikes the mess brewing makes, think how ticked she'd be if the kitchen faucet arm broke off. For that reason alone I buy this again.

This product works well for cleaning bottles and carboys. The double head setup is nice to make cleaning faster. It comes with an additional head to wash carboys. I've chosen not to use this extra head anymore after it got stuck in the neck of my better bottle. I had to get enough water in the carboy to knock the head back out.
The biggest reason I had to buy this over a more durable looking brass one is that it sits in the sink. This way I didn't have to worry about stressing the goose neck on my kitchen faucet.
As another review stated, make sure you have the quick disconnect turned so it fully engages the hose. If it too close to the spot where it disconnects, a small turn of the hose or faucet could cause it to pop off with a good spray hot water.

I like this better than the jet wash because it sits on the sink bottom and doesn't put pressure on the spout. Make sure the quick disconnect is connected properly.

In all the different locations that I've used to clean bottles and carboys, I've yet to find one that is conducive to using this thing. The hose isn't long enough to reach from most faucets (which require a threaded nozzle to attach it) so I had to hold it with one hand anyway, eliminating the possibility of cleaning two bottles at once. Also, where the hose connects to the plastic base, it isn't tight enough of a connection. This is probably for safety reasons or something, but it comes off way too easily since it doesn't have a clamp. And I agree with the other reviewers that the quick release connection is not great. If you twist the thing a little bit to either side, you run the risk of it popping off and spraying hot water all over the place.
