Deep and dark. Heavy toast American oak imparts deep aromas and flavors of smokey caramel, rich vanilla, and black coffee. Heavy toast French oak rounds out the flavor with chocolate and spice. Medium toast French finishes out the wine with a lingering silkiness. This package is designed for use in a six gallon batch and the whole pack must be used to acheive the intended results.
