I would never make hot sauce again if these drippers weren't available. The sauce I make is very spicy and needs to portioned correctly. These work great.

The insert is needed for the small bottles so you can shake a few drops out per flick of the wrist. Without it, its too easy to pour out way too much and ruin your food. This also allows you to easily spread around the sauce. The recipients of your bottles will be happy you got this, trust me.

These are very useful because they help you dish out the correct portion of hot sauce. Otherwise if you get too much sauce out, you wont want to eat your food. I would go so far as to say these are a must buy with hot sauce bottles.
