Easy to install and allows me to use my kitchen faucet for many of my homebrew tasks that would otherwise require a garden hose-type hookup.

Got a new wort chiller and this adapter so I can chill right off the kitchen faucet. The threads are not deep enough to make a good seal with the rubber washer. Quick fix was to add second rubber washer on the wort chiller side - seemed to help

This adapter works as designed. Used thicker of the two washers and didn't have any leaks.

Works, seal is kind of chinsy.

I wasn't able to connect it to my kitchen faucet. The faucet I have uses some kind of proprietary size since it's fancy. Good news is that it was able to fit onto the laundry sink in my basement.
It leaks a little on my faucet. The pressure causes some water to spray out where it interfaces with my faucet, and where it interfaces with the wort chiller's hose. Maybe I'm just not using the included washers correctly. Also, I managed to get it stuck. Going to have to find a wrench to get it off the faucet. Good news is that it's not harming anything by leaving it there.
Hey, it works and makes life easier. No major complaints.

Use the right tool for the job

I bought this initially to use with the wort chiller and for that application it was excellent. Shortly after, I bought the bottle washer and was able to use it once before the back pressure separated the adapter from the sink faucet. There is now a note in the description that states it is not for use with a faucet head that has a built in sprayer (just like the kitchen sink), I don't think that the note was there when I bought the adapter.
It still works fine for the wort chiller, but it is difficult now to get the threads to seat well.

Went to several hardware stores and even the big box stores - none of them had the adapter i need for my wort chiller - took a chance at Midwest - IT FITS my faucet perfectly

I had a similar adapter but made of nylon that only lasted a short time before the threads stripped. This adapter fit my Delta faucet perfectly and I can use my bottle washer and wort chiller (with separate barb adapter I also got from Midwest). If you are unsure of the thread size on your faucet, take the faucet aerator off and visit your local hardware store...most of the plumbing departments have a thread sizing board you can use to properly size your faucet threads.

This has allowed me to use my jet bottle washer on any faucet in the house. So far, I haven't found a faucet I can't use. I also plan to use this when I get an immersion cooler so for the price, you can't beat it.

I use this to connect my wort chiller and my bottle washer to the kichen sink (MOEN Brand). I needed to buy anorger because I forgot to put a washer in the chiller coupling and the two are now forever stuck together!

I got this stuck on my immersion chiller and damaged the threads a little. It leaked but was fixed with some teflon tape. I cranked it onto the faucet as hard as I could so it wouldn't come off as I change back and forth from the wort chiller and bottle washer. It is a utility sink so I can just leave it permanently attached. You might not want to do that if using on a kitchen sink.
