The Fermtech Wine Thief allows you to draw samples and take a hydrometer reading
at the same time. If you sanitize the unit before use, you can take a sample, reading, and then return the sample back to the fermenter. This can cut down on loss of your finished product. The best product of its kind we have found and one of our biggest sellers.
