This was the first all grain brew I had ever made and it was by far the best beer I have ever produced. It is a bit more expensive then some of the other kits but it is well worth the extra cost. This was the first time with a home brew that when I tasted this beer it actually seemed like i was sipping a true micro-brew.
I intended to brew it for my friends, but it was gone in less than a week.
I highly recommend this kit.
Make sure you get the British Ale Yeast.

I bought this all grain kit from Midwest and produced one of my best beers to date. Really well balanced bitterness to maltiness w. A complex hop aroma from the dry hopping. It turned out like a beer you would pay good money for at the liquor store, bar, or brewpub. Brought it to a party and received tons of compliments. My og was closer to 1.055 including an addition of 1 pound of dme. Not sure what efficiency they assumed when planning the recipe but it (or they) must have been high. The lower og didn't effect the balance of the beer just made it more quaffable. Highly recommended!

This was my first HB recipe. This stuff turned out much better than I expected, went through all 5 gal in 1 cookout lol. Just wish dry hopping wasnt so messy!

2 weeks primary, 2 weeks secondary with the recommended dry hops. 2 weeks bottle conditioning.
O.G 1.064, Fg 1.014. (US-05 dry yeast) I didn't use a hop bag in the secondary for the dry hops so probably lost about 1/4-1/2 gallon due to absorption (it is 3 ounces of hops).
Awesome hop aroma. If you love citrusy/floral american hops then this is the brew for you. Hard to keep my friends and family away from this one, definitively a favorite at my house.
Next time I'm going to ninja brew this one so nobody raids my stash. Only downside is the expense of the kit but the hops just aren't that cheap and Midwest seems to be the only local shop that can keep simcoe in stock. Overall it costs much less than the real thing which goes for $12+ for a 4 pack of 16 oz cans.

I got this beer for my husband and he loved it. The flavor the color and taste were supurb. He has tried to copy this recipe but our local beer supplier dosn't carry everything it take to make this, so we will stick to buying from Mid West.

This was one of the first clone recipes I ever brewed. It turned out fantastic with a great hop aroma and bitterness. Make sure you use the British yeast to stay true to the original recipe.

Great Citrus aroma and taste.
This is way better than the typical IPA kit, these are quality ingredients. I used the 1335 liquid yeast not the dry yeast, so maybe that helped too.

One of the best Midwest kits. This IPA is outstanding. The dry hopping really adds a nice citrus aroma when pouring. The hop and malt flavor really shine and I'd put this up against a commercially made IPA any day.

This is the best IPA kit Midwest sells. The hop selection is a nice contrast to all the Cascade hops out there in American beers. This came out exactly as I hoped. Citrusy hop flavor, great aroma, nice mouth feel.

I bought this kit in the retail store and the staff were super helpful in getting me set up and giving recommendations.
The beer turned out perfect! With 3oz of dry hopping the aroma is incredible! Color turned out that nice amber-red, the taste is spot on.
This one is going quick around the house and is in high demand by friends.
I hit OG and FG almost spot on. 3 weeks primary, 2 weeks secondary with dry hopping, 2 weeks in the bottle and super tasty with the right amount of bittering. I used 2 packets of Safale US-05 and wouldn't change a thing
This kit is going to become a staple!
