awesome touch for the various northern farmhouse or barnyard brews. I used it on a spotted cow clone. Came out great!

I used this in a Cream Ale and it came out tasty. You have to mash this with barley, it wont convert byitself

Used this to make a cream ale and it came out great. I suspect all the big breweries use this to lower their production costs over using 100% malt. You will need actuall barley with this as it will not make you beer on its own.

this is such an easy grain to use just needs to be mashed at a higher temp before adding to get a full conversion for you ale.

Made my first all-grain batch making a saison style ale, used the flaked corn to lighten the color and for a little alcohol content. Good price & great product.

I bought 5 pounds to use in light lagers and cream ales, using 1 pound per 5 gallons. I gelatinize it at a higher temperature and then mash it normally. It thins the body, lightens the color, and adds a little alcohol.

Used as an experiement with a honey lager to lighten the body a little. Added some creaminess. Will try this with flaked oats next for extra creaminess/silky body.
