German Müller-Thurgau (World Vineyard)

$74.99

Delicious flavors of apricot, green apple and peach aromas of Riesling, and the early ripening qualities of Silvaner. A great sipping wine, it's a perfect choice for potato chips (There's nothing like a crisp glass of Muller-Thurgau and some crunch chips!), but mostly it's a very satisfying wine to quench a thirst in good company.

Fruity white Review by Jason

(Posted on 2/7/14)

Product Rating:

Its fruity but soft flavored and has a terrific aroma. The dryness is medium and balanced. This is popular with dinner guests. It was cloudy so I used Bentonite to clear it.

A good white medium-sweet white whine Review by Sean

Product Rating:

Nice aroma, and good to drink at a young age (3 months), this is a good kit for newer wine makers. I used Bentonite to clear it up.

This is my favorite kit. The wine is so full of complex fruit flavors. I enjoy with meals, or just sipping.

Good white wine Review by Jerry

I had a few bottles when I was in Germany. This kit made a pretty good copy. I love the aroma and the flavor is very good. Its a solid medium-dry white. I fined it with gelatin to help clear it, that did the trick.

This has an interesting flavor to it. I tasted stone fruits like peach or even pear. Friends loved it! We drink this wine in the fall when we are outside cooking for the family reunion.

Quite Surprised Review by Anthony W

Product Rating:

I made this kit last Thanksgiving Day. I left it sit in the secondary until today, Feb 8. It cleared beautifully during that sit, and tasted very good when I did the hydro reading before bottling it. It did have quite a load of sediment on the bottom, but that's pretty much expected, as it went into bottles clear as a bell. Definitely will purchase this one again. Not too sweet, but not dry either. Nice kit.

Not as good as I had hoped Review by Don

The taste dosnt match the description at all. This has a strange taste I didnt like, probably from the flowers. It tasted almost like grapefruit to me, slightly sweet. It does take longer to clear than it says. I will not be getting this one again.

I continue to use this kit Review by Z-Man

Product Rating:

This kit makes an excellent and drinkable wine. Nice floral notes and the f-pack balances the natural acidity of the MT grape. I recommend adding 5 tabs of campden and racking onto the f-pack. For some reason the f-pack causes the wine to cloud up a bit. Another week to clear then rack into clean carboy for bottling.

Highly recommended!!
