This was only the fourth wine that my husband made, and we are big fans of Gewurztraminer. Thankfully we were not disappointed by this one. Not overly sweet like some cheaper Gewurztraminers. We did wind up letting this age in the carboy for about four months before bottling, so can't say how good it would have been if we had started drinking it sooner.

One thing I wish they told you is that you will need two carboys for this one. Not a big deal for us, but some people might be turned off by that idea if they're not sure they really want to make more of an investment in wine making.
