Homebrew Deluxe - 2 Tap System - Ball Lock Keg

Beautiful set up. No issues but followed the recommendation of other and purchased spare seals just in case. I purchased two more reconditioned kegs. The kegs have some battle damage but functional, and that is all I care about.

I found the system easy to put in and really love it. Brewing beer and being able to Keg it makes a world of difference.

Recieved the two tap system. Kegs were not good at all. The rest of the tap system looks good except one pull missing. Called and they are making it right and that's all I can ask for. Will do a full review once the beer is ready to be hooked to the tap system.

the merchandise is excellent. cleaning the outside of the tanks is a pain but doable. i had a small problem with the conector on one tank. these people handled it without any problem. ((((I AM VERY PLEASED WITH DOING BUSINESS WITH THESE FOLKS)))))

This will make a perfect addition to any fridge. Only con unless you have people to help drink it, you will get rather sick of the same two beers all the time. So have a party, or maybe two and enjoy.

Over all I was pleased with the kit I received, I ordered 2 extra seal kits to have in my "inventory". I only had 2 hiccups,
1 There were no instructions or tips on the best way to set this up, and what types of pressure to start off with, it was trial and error,
2 More importantly, I disassembled the keg to sanitize and found 1 of the poppet valve seals had a crack in the lower portion of the seal. The 2 kegs had different valves and were not interchangable, after some fiddling I was able to get it to seal, but need to order a replacement.

One other sugesstion, to save money offer a kit with a reconditioned CO2 tank, as the shops out here only do an exchange, so I "lost" my new aluminum tank. Overall pretty pleased with this set up.

The kit is a very cost-effective way to get all those parts without the hassle of worrying about fittings, hose, etc. It shipped quickly, was easy to put together, and was force-carbonating 5 gallons of beer in less time than it would have taken to sanitize bottles.

I knew I was getting refurbished kegs, but one of the two was really beat up. One of the rubber handles on the top is no longer really connected to the metal body.

I'm also suspicious that I have a slow CO2 leak somewhere in the system. I checked all the fittings with soap and didn't see any bubbles, but my gauge dropped from 1500psi to 1000psi in the first few days of operation before I shut it off and now run it manually as needed.

The individual pieces outside of the kegs are perfect. taps,lines,fittings,regulator, all perfect. Not much need for the air tank and used kegs depending on where you live. You can get the air tank "filled" at a welding supply shop for cheap, but depending on state regulations, most places don't refil it, its a tank exchange, so you turn in your nice shiny tank for a beat up used one. The used kegs too, you may find cheaper second hand at a brew shop or classifieds, as long as the seals are good and you sanitize well. But if you're like me and were new to it all, this is a perfect way to go. I'm still using everything I bought and its working perfectly.

Everything you need to set up a kegerator except the fridge and drill! I love this product and filled my kegs as soon as they got to the house. If you add up the cost of all the items in this kit you realize you're getting a good price.
