Since I don't have the room for kegging at the moment, these EZ cap and Grolsch style bottles are the way to go. Can get a batch in bottles and sealed up in half the time, and have almost all of them seal up and carbonate.

For every bottle that you don't have to cap, I think that it adds a few minutes to your life. But seriously, these are great and save you capping time. Just be careful not to expose it to sun, because it's clear and will skunk your product.

I have a few of these mixed in with some brown ones. Was cleaning out the shelves and found some old bottles(full) that were pushed back. We drank them, and noticed the clear bottles had developed on off flavor. It wasn't nasty...but we think it was heading in that direction. We only use the brown ones now.
