All stainless channels allow for an easy to clean and sanitize this chiller. The only counterflow chiller that works with gravity, or hook it up to a pump for even greater efficiency. Great entry level counterflow chiller, although it's not quite as efficient as other models it still gets the job done quickly. Connections or back flush assembly are not included.
