Ahtanum Pellet Hops

Ahtanum is a great alternative to Cascade or Amarillo for aroma and flavor additions. We highly recommend you give this hop a try in American-style Bitters, Pale Ales and IPAs. Characteristics include citrus, floral, pine and earthy notes. More grapefruit forward than Cascade. Moderate bittering properties. Substitutes: Cascade or Amarillo.
