Coopers Wheat is from Australia and comes in a 3.3 lb. can. Wheat Malt Extract is produced by mashing finely ground malted barley and crystal malt (65% Wheat, 35% Barley) with water at a temperature not exceeding 75 °C, then filtering and evaporating the resulting liquid under partial vacuum until it is the consistency of thick honey with a medium light amber colour. This malt is unhopped.
