Belgian Honey

A golden honey ale with a creamy white head and a full mouthfeel. The flavor profile is complex with orange and fruit and a hint of honey. Caution is advised when consuming this beer. It is has compelled at least one person to run down the middle of the street stark naked wearing only a lampshade on their head! Our ingredients for this recipe include: 5 lb. Extra Light DME, 2 lb. Wheat DME, 1 lb. Minnesota clover honey, 1 lb. Clear candi sugar, 8 oz. Caravienne, 8 oz. Carapils specialty grains, 2 oz. Liberty, 1/2 oz. Styrian Goldings pellet hops, .5 oz. Curacao bitter orange peel, .5 oz. coriander, grain bag, priming sugar, and yeast.


**Due to the amount of fermentable sugars it is strongly recommended to leave in secondary fermenter for 9-12 months to allow flavors to properly blend.
