Australian Lager (Foster's)

This recipe will result in a brew that is yellow in color with a full white head, encouraged by the inclusion of Carapils. Munich malt adds to a fuller malt flavor. Our ingredients for this recipe include: 3.3 lb. Pilsen liquid malt extract, 1 lb. Extra Light DME, 1.5 lb. corn sugar, 1 lb. Munich 10L specialty grains, 2 oz. Hallertau, 1 oz. Styrian Goldings, 1 tsp. Irish moss, grain bag, priming sugar, and yeast.
