Ferocious IPA

Created with the brewers of Surly Brewing in Minnesota, this IPA uses 6 ounces of hops to create a bold brew that is rich in malt sweetness infused with bright hop flavor and aroma. Requires dry hopping. Our ingredients for this recipe include 6 lbs. of Gold liquid malt extract, 3.3 lbs of Amber liquid malt extract, 4 oz. of Crystal 50-60L, 1 oz. bittering hops, 2 oz. Amarillo, 2 oz. Citra, 1 oz. Ahtanum hops, yeast, priming sugar and a grain bag.
