All inquires regarding dark lager beer recipe kits need to be submitted with the appropriate form (7Z-45-DL), detailing the lager fermentation process, along with 2 forms of government issued identification, and letters of recommendation from a certified master of the dark lager fermentation process. Dark lager samples produced from dark lager beer recipe kits may be included with inquiry submissions.
